It's not about standards. Black women understand men less than any other race of women, so a lot of them are just confused. They really don't have the skills to get a guy who's attracted to them and respects them at the same time. This has led to two extremes. You have one group of black chicks who try too hard to be attractive, and end up being attention whores. On the other hand you get the other girls who try too hard to be respected and become end up driving everyone away.

I don't believe black women have bad attitudes because they get hit on all the time. It doesn't make any sense. All race of women get hit on everyday or every other day. It's hard to really know why many black women have nasty attitudes towards black man.
