I don't think they are uncle toms, they are african americans with higher standards for the education and status they chose to live in their lives. The lady that does the ball just for the elite is doing something many white people do to help other elite people. So even they exclude whites that are not on their level

The nerve of that woman in that shot being a part of the "Black Elite looking the way she looks." Anyway that whole "Black Elite thing never really phased me because when the day is done...they're still a n!gga living in the White man's world. But that isn't the REAL reason I responded to the video. A couple of weeks ago I was talking to this older Hispanic lady. She always comes in to chat with me and a couple of the other guards. Anywho, I forgot what we were talking about but she had asked me if I ever watched Black In America on CNN. I told her no and she looked so shocked she was like I have to see it. She kept saying she wish they would do a Latino In America because her people really need it. Once she said that it reminded me of when I was going for my security certificate at this job search program a few years back. One day me and the instructor, a hispanic lady, were talking and she was telling me how Spanish people DON'T stick together and that shocked the hell out of me because all I ever heard growing up was how Blacks don't stick together like the Latinos. She was saying how most of them want to be White and she talked about how they looked down upon darker-skinned Latinos. Like I said, I was shocked BACK THEN...but now I can REALLY see it. Personally I think out of all the Latinos the Mexicans stick together the most...though they tend to be racist.
