Oprah simply needs to exercise a higher level of discipline. I have the same issue. And I know I need to exercise a higher level of discipline. I can eat an entire meal, whether I eat out or not. And we all know eating out provides too much food.

at first while watching this, i was rolling my eyes thinking "oh oprah and one of her big epiphanys again" but i really understand what she was saying. i don't know what the overeating has to do with it, but i have a hard time saying "no" to even those hustlers at the mall. i hate it.
